Once you have a subscription you can set your dietary preferences. If you need to avoid specific ingredients or follow certain nutrition protocols you can personalize your weekly meal subscription.
- Log into your account. Scroll to the bottom of your Dashboard where it says “Dietary Preferences.” Click “Edit.”
- Scroll down to “Menu Preferences.”
- Under “Dietary Guidelines” choose the guidelines that apply to your nutritional goals.
- Under “Ingredients to Avoid” type in the ingredients you do not wish to see in your weekly menu.
- Choose the “Meal Types” you’d like to see.
- Adjust the “Weekly Meal Quantity” to your preferred number of meals.
- Click “Save Changes.”
The ingredients you avoid and guidelines you choose will affect the number of meal options you see each week. We fill your cart based on your preferences. If there are not enough meals that meet your preferences, your subscription will be paused until you go in and select enough meals to fill your cart. To avoid this, we recommend logging in weekly to view your menu and choose the meals you want.
Note: Setting your preferences only applies to future recommendations. Please review your order for the current week to make any necessary changes.
