If you need a break from your orders you can skip up to 8 weeks at a time. Go to your Dashboard and click “Manage Upcoming Deliveries.” If you still want to cancel your subscription, follow the steps below.
- Log into your account. Click the drop down on the top left side of your Dashboard and select the subscription you want to make changes to.
- Scroll down to the bottom of your Dashboard. Click “Manage Subscription” on the bottom right side.
- Scroll down to “Subscription Status” and click “Cancel Subscription.”
Note: All changes for the upcoming delivery week must be made before your order cutoff deadline. To see your exact cutoff time please log into your dashboard.
If you cancel your subscription, but want to come back at a later date, you will have to re-enter any preferences you have saved.
