Delivery days and timeframes vary based on your location and the method of shipping. Your delivery date(s) will be shown on your menu when you are placing your order as well as on your receipt email. (If you receive your order via one of our shipping partners the delivery date is estimated.)
You will receive a follow-up email when your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center with updated information and a tracking number if applicable. Since we keep your delivery in a controlled environment as long as possible there’s a chance that your box won’t be scanned until Tuesday. Because of this, your tracking link may not show an accurate delivery estimate until that time.
Note: Make sure to provide detailed delivery instructions to prevent any unnecessary barriers to delivery. If you receive deliveries via local courier you can add this during checkout. If you receive deliveries via one of our shipping partners you’ll need to provide instructions to the partner directly.
