If your delivery arrives via a courier, you will receive a text update when your order leaves our fulfillment center, another when it is one stop away, and a third text once it has been delivered.
If your delivery is shipped via one of our shipping partners, you will receive an email when your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center with updated information and a tracking number for status updates.
You can also sign up for email or text notifications through FedEx or OnTrac (your specific shipping partner will be provided in the email). Once signed up you can input any specific delivery instructions needed and see the latest status of your package
Note: since we keep your delivery in a controlled environment as long as possible there’s a chance that your box won’t be scanned until Tuesday. Because of this, your tracking link may not show an accurate delivery estimate until that time.
